No refund after September 14, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

Room rates include complimentary hot American style buffet breakfast daily, basic wireless internet access in all guest suites and public spaces in the hotel (excludes meeting room), access to 24hr business center with complimentary printing, copy and fax, seasonal use of the outdoor heated pool and year round use of the outdoor hot tub, use of 24 hour fitness center.
All park visitors are required to purchase a recreational use pass upon entering Zion National Park, cost is approximately $35 for one private vehicle and admits all occupants to Zion National Park, including both the Zion Canyon and Kolob Canyon areas.
