The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 2, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Rates are per night and are subject to 13.5% occupancy tax and $0.75 County Tourism Assessment, plus $30 per room, per day Resort Fee.* (County Tourism Assessment fees and tax rate subject to change without notice.)
• No charge for children under the age of 18 years sharing the same room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding.
• Maximum of 3 guests per Premium Guest Room with 1 King bed. King bed rooms are limited and based on hotel availability at time of check-in.
• Maximum of 5 guests per Premium Room with 2 Queen Beds.
• Maximum of 6 guests per cabin, regardless of age.

*Resort Fee Includes: Wi-Fi (high speed internet), overnight parking, two bottles of water daily, access to Ascent Spa's Fitness Room, Steam Rooms and Dry Saunas (treatments additional), access to the resort pools and spas, business center access, toll-free and local telephone calls, and newspaper available daily in the lobby, and use of Eight Tesla Supercharger Stations. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required to hold your room at time of booking. Deposit of full amount for entire stay plus tax and resort fees required 30 days prior to arrival and credit card will be charged. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or change of reservation accepted without penalty until 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes in stay received inside 31 days will forfeit the entire reserved stay plus tax and resort fee. This includes shortening your stay, changing room type, and no-shows. Hotel policy–No exceptions allowed for any reason.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.Travel insurance is highly recommended.
