A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

Rates plus 6% tax, 3% occupancy tax and a 6% Historic Preservation Fund Fee which is taxed at 6.5%. An additional $50 per adult, per night will apply for triple or quad occupancy. $25 per room per day resort fee applies plus 9% tax (reduced from $35 per room, per day for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only.)

All guest rooms feature a TV, clock radio/CD player, refreshment bar, hair dryer, iron/board, robes, in-room safe, and more. Superior Rooms are approximately 400 sq. ft. The Spring Row Cottages feature a porch, fireplace, parlor, wet bar, dressing area, and large bathroom. Cottages can accommodate 2 to 6 people.

Resort Fee Includes: Morning coffee service, afternoon tea, historical tours, on-property transportation, daily newspaper delivery, champagne toast in the Casino Club each evening, local and toll free phone calls, wireless internet access, use of indoor swimming pools, fitness center, and entertainment provided daily by the Casino Club’s Beverage Entertainers. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Deposit of one night plus tax is due within 10 days of booking to hold room.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations inside of 17 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
