$100 December 21, 2023 to January 20, 2024. No refund after January 20, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates starting at $339 per night.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 16, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly. Due to high demand, early check-in or late check out is not likely to be available. Guests are encouraged to utilize valet services for luggage storage.
Room Rates are per night and subject to 8% MT Accommodations Tax, 3% Resort Tax , 1% Tourism Promotion Assessment, 1% Whitefish Lake Institute Assessment and 10% Resort Service Fee (23% Total). Applicable taxes and fees are subject to change.
Space is limited in our group room block.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required for one night + tax at time of booking to hold your room. Remainder of stay plus tax will be charged by the hotel approximately 3 days prior to arrival and then considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or change of reservation accepted by hotel without penalty until 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or change of reservation received by hotel Inside 3 days of arrival will be charged a penalty for the entire reserved stay plus tax. This includes shortening your stay or changing room type, and no-shows. Hotel policy — No exceptions allowed for any reason including travel delays, weather or health issues.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay + tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
