A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 3, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to 16% applicable government taxes.Taxes are subject to change without notice.
• Group room rates include complimentary guest room internet access for those who book through NWAS/NWWT only.
• No additional charge for children under age 18 sharing with parent, utilizing existing bedding.
• Deluxe Studio Suites come with 1 Queen bed plus 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper.
• Rooms with 2 Queen beds are extremely limited and may be available upon special request only at a higher rate.
Hotel is smoke free hotel. An approximate $200 CAD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who smokes in their guest room. Restaurants on property that are not operated by Hotel may not participate in the smoke free policy.
PARKING:
Underground self-parking approximately $34 CAD per night. Valet parking is approximately $38 CAD per night. Parking fees are subject to change as notice is given to the Hotel by its Third Party vendor.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at time of booking to hold your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received. Full stay plus tax and mandatory fees (if applicable) will be charged by hotel approximately 35 days prior to arrival.Credit cards only for hotel. Checks are not accepted due to varying exchange rates.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 35 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received 35 days or less prior to arrival, no shows or early departures will be charged a penalty for the entire reserved stay plus and tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Hotel policy — no exceptions for any reason including weather related issues. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
