Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through June 20, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

Resort Fee Includes: 2 hour bike rental 7am-dark daily, self guided tour book presented upon check in. Wet access (this refers to the steam room and sauna) reservations required, enhanced WiFi access (excludes meeting rooms), beach metal detectors hunt for treasure on the beach (find a special coin and win a prize, stuffed animal for kids or $5 drink coupon for adults), Tarnished Truth Tour per stay (2 people), wine tasting with Cavalier Sommelier, beach yoga, bourbon tasting with head distiller, cooking demonstration with Executive chef, and bee keeping demonstration with In House Apiculturist.

All rooms are non-smoking and pet-free. Guests smoking inside the Hotel, or having a pet occupied room, are in violation of these policies and will result in a cleaning surcharge up to $1,000 applied to the individual Guest’s folio.

PARKING: Valet parking is available for day as well as overnight guest. Self-parking is not available. Event parking is $5 per hour and overnight parking is $26 per car, on a per day/night basis, with unlimited in/out privileges. Rates are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation received by hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit one night's stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply - If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and mandatory fees (if applicable). If you are are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
