Course Cancellation Fee

$100 February 4, 2022 to March 6, 2022. No refund after March 6, 2022; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 23, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Room rates are subject to state and local taxes, currently 12% and $2 per room, per night occupancy fee. Tax rates subject to change without notice.
• Group room rates include Two (2) Complimentary Historic Area Access Tickets per room per stay, and are valid for length of stay.
• Maximum 3 people in King room; 1 rollaway bed permitted, fee may apply.
• Maximum 4 people regardless of age in room with 2 Queen beds; rollaway bed not permitted with this room type.
• All rooms are non-smoking.

Guest Amenities Include: Complimentary self-parking (valet parking available for a fee), complimentary access to the fitness center and pools at The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg, Complimentary access to the Historic Area Shuttle during regular operating hours (Hours vary by season), complimentary wireless internet in all guest rooms and meeting space, discounted admission ticket prices to the historic area for duration of the meeting. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 15 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departures will be penalized for their entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) - No refunds will be given to individuals who check out early.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
