No penalty if canceled by February 19, 2025. Cancellations between February 20, 2025, and March 22, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after March 22, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

Please note: Breakfast WILL NOT be served at the meeting, but an All American Breakfast Buffet is included in the group room rate for those that booked their room via NWAS/NWWT reservation methods only, and is served daily in the Park Ring Restaurant from 6:30am-10:30am. Hours subject to change, check with front desk.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay.
