The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through March 25, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are quoted in EURO and include 10% VAT, 2.5237% city tax. Tax and VAT rates subject to change without notice. Hotel porterage service is available for approximately €5 per person each way.
• Group room rates include All American Breakfast Buffet served in the Parking Restaurant, and basic guest room internet access.
• Maximum occupancy of 2 guests in room with 1 King bed. Rollaway bed permitted in Deluxe King room only for an additional fee of €30 per rollaway, per night.
• Maximum occupancy of 4 guests in room with 2 Queen beds. Rollaway bed not permitted.
Hotel rooms are generally available for guest check-in after 3pm. Guests arriving prior to this time will be allocated rooms as soon as they become available. For all early check-ins, we strongly recommend that rooms are reserved and paid for the night before in order to guarantee early check-in.
PARKING:
Parking is available in the parking garage at the basement level. The parking garage is NOT operated by the Vienna Marriott Hotel. For Marriott guests, parking costs are approximately €4.80 hourly or €17 per day. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card to act as a guarantee for full stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Credit card will be charged by hotel approximately 30 days prior to arrival for the full reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable), and current exchange rates at that time will apply. Checks not accepted for hotel deposit.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation inside 30 days, early departure or complete no-show will forfeit the full reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
