A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 24, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

PARKING: Self-parking is reduced to $12 per night for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only (normally around $18 CAD per night). Valet Parking is also available for approximately $25 CAD per night. Clearance in the underground parking lot is 1.93 meters, or 6’4.” Over height parking is located across the street from the hotel for a fee and is subject to limited availability. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received. Deposit will be subject to current exchange rates at the time of processing by the hotel. Checks not accepted for hotel due to exchange rates.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
