$100 December 20, 2024 to January 19, 2025. No refund after January 19, 2025; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through 5pm PST on January 16, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. After 5pm, PST on January 16, 2025 any changes to existing room reservations (names, dates, etc.) will be accepted based upon space and rate availability. Extremely limited rooms available at group rates for weekends.
Room rates are per night and subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38% and a daily discounted* resort fee of $35.00 plus 13.38% tax. Resort fee and tax are both subject to change.
Rollaway beds $50 per rollaway, per night, based on hotel availability. Restrictions may apply.
The daily resort fee is *discounted to those who make their room reservation via NWAS/NWWT reservation link ONLY (otherwise, it's approx. $50 + tax, per night). Resort fee includes:
• Access to the fitness center for two people (a value of $40 per day).
• In-room internet access: four (4) devices per room at a standard 7Mb connection speed(a value of $80 per day).
• Unlimited local, domestic long distance and toll free calls.
• Printing of boarding passes through Concierge.

PARKING: Valet is $35 per day Monday-Thursday and $40 per day Friday-Sunday. Prices may be higher during special events. For non-hotel guest valet parking is for up to (24) hours (no grace period, no reentry). Self-parking is complimentary for hotel guests.

An early departure fee will be incurred if notice is not received prior to or at check-in. Guests are considered checked-in once the registration card is signed. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) and the of remaining room nights reserved will be automatically cancelled.
