The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through March 14, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. After March 14, 2024 any changes to existing room reservations (names, dates, etc.) will be accepted based upon space and rate availability.
Group rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38% and a reduced *daily resort fee of $35 plus 13.38% tax for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only (otherwise it's approximately $45 plus tax, per room, per night). The resort fee and tax are both subject to change.

CANCELLATIONS: Guest room cancellations accepted by hotel without penalty until 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by hotel inside 3 days of arrival will be charged for 1 night's stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply. If you depart the hotel prior to your confirmed departure date, a fee of 1 night's stay plus tax will apply. If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
