No refund after October 16, 2022; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through October 6, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and are subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38% plus daily resort fee of $45 plus 13.38% tax. Resort fee and tax are both subject to change without notice.
• Hilton Run of House Guest Room will have Hotel's choice 1 King or 2 Queen Beds, based on availability at time of check in.
• No additional fee for children age 12 and under sharing room with parents utilizing existing bedding.
• Rollaway beds may be available for $50 night. Restrictions may apply.
• All rooms are non-smoking. In addition, Hotel must adhere to federal laws governing the sale, promotion and recreational use or marijuana (even though state laws may permit such activities). As such, Guest acknowledges and agrees that any activities relating to the sale, promotion and recreational use or marijuana at Hotel’s premises is strictly prohibited.
• At this time, only Service Animals are permitted at the resort and must qualify under ADA regulations.

Reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age. If you use a debit/credit card at time of check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
PARKING: Self parking at the resort is complimentary. Valet parking available for approximately $21 per car, per night. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for one night's room plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 48 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). An early departure fee will be incurred if notice is not received prior to or at check-in. The early departure fee is approximately $75 plus tax and is subject to change without notice.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
