No penalty if canceled by January 20, 2024. Cancellations between January 21, 2024, and February 20, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after February 20, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 19, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Those who book via NWAS/NWWT group reservation link/Group booking code ONLY will receive a discounted resort fee of $15 + tax, per room, per night (normally $29 plus tax, per room to night, subject to change).
