$100 January 11, 2024 to February 10, 2024. No refund after February 10, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

Discounted group rates are available for reservations made through January 24, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Rooms with 1 King bed are extremely limited.
Group room rate include complimentary entry into the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar (a $5-$15 per person value), nightly turndown service with Silver Dollar chocolate, in-room wireless Internet, self-parking in The Wort Hotel private parking lot, use of the Fitness Center and jacuzzis, newspaper delivery (USA Today, Monday-Friday), in room local and 800 calls, and in-room coffee.
A $4 per room, per night housekeeping gratuity and a one-time per person porterage fee of $9 are the suggested gratuities.
The entire premises of The Wort Hotel are non-smoking (including all outlets and guest rooms). Damages up to $500 will apply for any guest smoking in rooms or hotel facilities and will be billing to the individual guest folio.
Space is limited in our group room block.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside 30 days of arrival as well as no-shows or early departures will be charged for entire stay plus tax. Firm hotel policy - no exceptions for any reasons including weather, travel or health related cancellations. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
