A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 2, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and subject to 13% tax plus 8% Occupancy fee plus 13% tax, $12 porterage fee per room, per stay, and $7 per room, per night housekeeping fee. Fees and tax rates subject to change without notice.
• Terra Room: Max occupancy with 1 King bed is 2 people, max occupancy with 2 Queen beds is 4 people. Bed types based on hotel availability.
• Urban Studio: Max occupancy is 2 people.
• One Bedroom Suite: Max occupancy is 4 people.
• Hotel is non-smoking.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at time of booking to hold your room. Full amount for entire stay plus tax, occupancy, and service fees required 45 days prior to arrival and credit card will be charged. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received. Taxes and service fees are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or change of reservation accepted without penalty until 45 days prior to arrival. Inside 45 days you will be charged for the entire reserved stay plus tax, occupancy, and service fees. This includes shortening your stay or changing room type. Strict hotel policy—No exceptions allowed for any reason, including weather or travel related reasons.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay, plus tax, occupancy, and service fees. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

As a reminder, a deposit of your full stay plus tax, occupancy, and service fees will be charged by the hotel for your room 45 days prior to arrival. The Hotel Terra in Jackson, Wyoming (Grand Teton National Park) imposes a cancellation penalty for ANY reductions to reservations 45 days or less prior to arrival. This includes changing room types, decreasing your nights reserved, or entire cancellations. Any of the above changes or cancellations made inside of 45 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full reserved stay plus tax, occupancy, and service fees. This is a FIRM hotel policy and no exceptions will be made. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
