Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by the hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit 1 night's stay plus tax. Reductions in the length of stay at time of check-in are subject to an Early Departure fee. No-shows will be charged a penalty for 1 night's stay plus tax. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax.
