No penalty if canceled by April 10, 2024. Cancellations between April 11, 2024, and May 11, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after May 11, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates starting at $519 per night.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through May 9, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Rooms will sell quickly and rooms are extremely limited for weekends. Book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Those who book via NWAS/NWWT group reservation link/Group booking code or only will receive a discounted resort fee of $40 + tax, per room, per night (normally around $55 + tax, per room, per night).

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

PARKING: For those that book their room via NWS/NWWT reservation methods only, overnight valet parking at Edgewood Tahoe is reduced to $25 per night (normally $50 per night). Complimentary day parking is available for non-guests to attend the meetings. Parking fees are subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for one night's room plus tax required at the time of booking to reserve your room.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and the of remaining room nights reserved will be automatically cancelled. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
