$100 December 8, 2022 to January 7, 2023. No refund after January 7, 2023; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

PARKING: The Hotel provides valet parking for all vehicles for a fee of approximately $55 per vehicle, per night. Self-parking is not available. Parking prices subject to change without notice.
Resort fee reduced to $35, per room per day for those who book their room in the NWAS/NWWT room block only(now sold out) (normally $55 per room, per day). DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at time of booking to hold your room. Approximately 7 days prior to arrival, hotel will automatically charge the credit card provided for 2 nights stay plus tax and any mandatory fees. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit 2 nights plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). No-shows or early departures will be charged a penalty for the entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Hotel policy — no exceptions for any reason including health, travel, or weather related issues. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
