A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 17, 2021 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Rates are per night, and subject to a reduced *$30 per night resort fee and 10% tax, 2% civic fee and $2 per night California tourism fee.
• Max occupancy 4 guests per room, regardless of age.
• $75 per night, per rollaway (based upon availability).

PARKING:
The Hotel provides valet parking for all vehicles for a fee of approximately $55 per vehicle, per night. Self-parking is not available. Parking prices subject to change without notice. Self-parking is not available.

Resort fee includes: Wireless high-speed internet access (excludes meeting room), Hotel Concierge, S'mores kit upon arrival in guest room, Shuttle transportation to and from downtown Truckee, Group Fitness Classes and Fitness Center access, and much more. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 2 night's plus tax deposit due at time of booking to hold your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received. Rooms at our rates are limited and available only through us.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations inside of 15 days of arrival will forfeit 2 nights plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). No-shows will be charged a penalty for the entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
