If payment is not received by April 2, 2024, $50 will automatically be added to the tuition.

Course Cancellation Fee

$100 May 2, 2024 to June 1, 2024. No refund after June 1, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

Group room rates starting at $309 per night.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through May 15, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Rooms for weekends are extremely limited.

Room rates are per night and are subject to 9.5% tax plus daily Resort Fee of 17% of the nightly room rate plus 1.5% tax. All fees are subject to 0.57% Oregon State surcharge. Tax and resort fee rates subject to change without notice.

Daily Resort Fee Includes: Wireless Internet access (excludes meeting room), access to Sage Springs Club and Spa (treatments additional), access to The Cove, access to Resort swimming pools and hot tubs, access to Crosswater and Caldera Links, intra-Resort transportation, self parking,and in-room coffee. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or change in room reservations accepted without penalty until 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or change in room reservations received by the hotel inside of 21 days of arrival, will be charged for the entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). This includes check-out prior to confirmed date, changing room type, or no-shows. No exceptions allowed for any reason.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees if applicable. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
