The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through May 19, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and are subject to 9.5% tax plus Resort Fee* of 17.5% of the nightly room rate, per night. All fees are subject to 0.57% Oregon State surcharge. Tax and resort fee rates subject to change without notice.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or change in room reservations accepted without penalty until 35 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or change in room reservations received inside of 35 days of arrival, will be charged for the entire reserved stay plus plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). This includes check-out prior to confirmed date, changing room type, or no-shows. No exceptions allowed for any reason.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees if applicable. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
