No penalty if canceled by July 9, 2025. Cancellations between July 10, 2025, and August 9, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after August 9, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

Children 18 years and under are free when staying in the same room as their parents, utilizing existing bedding. Occupancy limited apply.
