A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments for participants only during the seminar.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 12, 2021 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
*Suites with 2 queen beds are extremely limited.
• Rates are per night and subject to 6.325% occupancy tax and reduced $14 + tax Resort Fee*, per room, per night.
• Children 18 years and under are free when staying in the same room as their parents.
• Resort fee is reduced to $14 plus tax those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only (otherwise it's approximately $20 plus tax, per room per night).

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
