Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through November 20, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and subject to 13% tax + $1 City of Savannah Fee and a $5 Georgia Motel/Hotel Fee per room, per night. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.

Parking: The Hyatt Regency Savannah has limited parking available to guests, available on a first come first serve basis. Valet Parking is approximately $40 per night; vans and oversized trucks are allowed with maximum height of van approximately 7½ feet. There is very limited space available for vans and oversized trucks. Self-parking is located off-site in the Whitaker Street Garage and is approximately $22 per night; in/out privileges do not apply. Parking fees are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside 72 hours of arrival will be charged a 1 night plus tax cancellation fee. Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will forfeit one night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
If you are a complete no show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay, plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
