The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 15, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Rates are per night and subject to discounted Resort Fee* of $20 per room, per night and 13% tax. Tax rate subject to change without notice.
*Daily Resort Fee is discounted to $20 per room, per day for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only (otherwise, it's approximately $40 plus tax per room, per day). Daily Resort Fee Includes: access to self-parking, shuttle service to and from St Armand's Circle between the hours of 8am-10:30pm, concierge services, notary services, high speed wireless internet access (excludes meeting rooms), access to 24-hour business and fitness center, beach chairs and towels, in-room bottled water, unlimited local and 1-800 calls, daily newspaper delivery and other amenities proved by the resort. Inclusions subject to change without notice.
PARKING: Self parking is included in resort fee for hotel guests. Valet parking approximately $20 per car, per night. Parking fees subject to change without notice.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for one night's deposit plus tax required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Approximately 7 days prior to arrival, a final deposit will be charged to the credit card on file by the hotel for your remaining amount due for room, resort fee, and tax for the entire length of stay. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit for room, resort fee, and tax for their full reserved stay. Early departure fees apply. If you check out prior to your reserved departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and resort fees.
