A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 22, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

CANCELLATIONS:Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by hotel inside of 3 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
