A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

• Maximum occupancy of 4 guests per room.
• Rollaway beds are NOT permitted in rooms with 2 Queen beds due to fire codes.
• Charges for cribs and rollaway beds may apply.
• Room rates are per night, based on single-quad occupancy, plus 12% tax. Mandatory Resort Fee is WAIVED for those who book through NWAS/NWWT only; (otherwise a daily resort fee of approx. $30 plus 12% tax, per room, per night will apply).

• Use of kayaks and paddleboards at Hotel
• Use of fishing poles at Hotel, Beach Club and Golf Club

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: One room night plus tax required to hold your room. Rooms at our rates are limited and available only through us. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival. Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
