The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 10, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. 7 night, Saturday to Saturday stay required to receive discounted group room rates (Arr 5/10/25, Dept 5/17/25).
Luxury All-Inclusive Package Includes: 7 nights accommodations (Sat-Sat stay required), breakfast, lunch, fine dining, snacks, 24-hour suite service, minibar replenished daily, wide range of wines and top-shelf domestic and international liquor brands, kids/teenager clubs, fitness center, workout programs with personal trainer/exercise programs such as yoga, Pilates and meditation, pool and beach concierge, recreational activities program, Kids Club and Teen Club activities program, non-motorized water sports (kayaks, boogie boards), use of lightened tennis & paddle tennis court, valet parking, personalized butler concierge service 24 hrs., Wi-Fi Internet in all the areas of the resort, tourism taxes and gratuities.
All inclusive package does not include airport transfers or luggage delivery fee (mandatory round trip portage tip of $5 USD per guest). This fee includes check-in/checkout luggage delivery and will be due upon check in.
The Resort does not permit quad occupancy. The maximum suite occupancy is 3 adults and 1 infant or 2 adults and 2 children under age 16.

Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is an all-inclusive resort. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will be charged per person per day for entry into the resort, even if you are only attending the seminar. This is a firm resort policy. This fee is subject to change without notice at the discretion of resort management.
Breakfast will NOT be served at this meeting. Breakfast is included in the Resort's all-inclusive package for those that book via NWAS/NWWT. Please plan to eat prior to the meeting.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $1,500 per person deposit via credit card is required at time of booking to hold your room. Balance due no later than January 10, 2025 and credit card will be charged automatically. Rooms are limited and available only through us. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted without penalty January 10, 2025 Cancellations, reduction in occupancy or length of stay, changes in room type or no-show after January 10, 2025 will result in loss of the full reservation amount. No exceptions for any reason. This includes weather, health, or travel related issues. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
