The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 22, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Maximum occupancy in rooms with 1 King bed is 2 people. Maximum occupancy in rooms with 2 Queen beds is 4 people. Rollaway beds are not permitted.

Use of the feature pools, splash pad, with towel service, guest room high speed wired and wireless internet access (excludes meeting rooms), self-parking, bottled water (2) in room on arrival day, historic military procession and cannon firing ceremony daily (3:45 pm), two daily shuttles to Downtown Fairhope for shopping, non-motorized beach equipment (kayaks and sail boats)*, bicycle usage (helmets available)*, range balls at the experience (clubs available for rent), tennis court use located at the Lakewood Club (equipment available for rent)*, horseshoes, croquet, ping pong, beach volleyball, corn hole, and bayside putting green (all equipment available on request), board games available for use in hotel lobby, turndown service (upon request), food for hotel\’s resident ducks, daily resort activities including arts and crafts, cane fishing poles and bait supplied for fishing from the fishing pier. *Seasonal/Based on Availability. PARKING: Self-parking for hotel guests is included in the resort fee. Valet parking is $25 per car, per night. Day Valet Parking is $14 per car, per day. Four electric car charging stations are available for a fee; Electric car charging fee included in Valet parking rate. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rooms are limited and available only through NWAS/NWWT. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 15 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). An early departure fee will apply if you check out of the Hotel prior to your scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel by midnight the day after check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
