No refund after January 6, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 5, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Daily Resort Fee is reduced to $20, per room, per night for those that book their room via NWAS/NWWT group reservation methods ONLY (otherwise, it's approximately $35 per room, per night, subject to change).
Resort fee includes:

• Wireless internet access in guest rooms & meeting rooms
• Access to fitness center pool, and hot tub
• In-room bottled water upon arrival

• Skis, golf bag & mountain bike storage

Those that book their room via NWAS/NWWT group reservation methods ONLY can receive a 10% Discount off of spa services at Le Spa at The Chateaux Deer Valley in excess of $100. (terms and conditions may apply).
PARKING: Overnight hotel guests can utilize self-parking in the onsite heated, secured underground garage facility, on a complimentary basis for those that booked their room via NWAS/NWWT reservation methods (otherwise, it is approximately $35/night). There is a self-parking parking charge for non-overnight hotel guests coming to the hotel to attend the meeting, Approx $35/day. Parking rates subject to change without notice.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night plus tax deposit due at time of booking to hold your room. On or around December 5, 2023, the credit card provided will be automatically charged by the hotel for the full amount for your entire stay plus tax.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by the hotel without penalty until 60 days prior to arrival. Inside 60 days of arrival, you will be penalized for the entire reserved stay plus tax. This includes No Shows, reductions in length of stay, late arrivals or early departure. Strict group hotel policy—No exceptions allowed for any reason, including health, travel issues or weather related reasons. Travel insurance recommended.
