No refund after November 9, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa does not have a resort fee. Instead, guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival, complimentary Wi-Fi access in guestrooms, complimentary bottled water in guestrooms, and fitness center access. Resort amenities subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel without penalty until 3 days prior to arrival.
