The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 10, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state or federal taxes that apply at time of room occupancy. Currently, the tax rate is 12.5% (sales tax 6.5%, occupancy 6%) per occupied room night. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.
Rooms with 1 King bed are extremely limited.
Hotel requires that there be at least one guest that is 21 years of age or older occupying a room in order to check in.

PARKING: Overnight Parking is discounted for hotel guests that book their room via NWAS/NWWT group reservation methods only to $15 + tax, per vehicle, per night for self parking and $23 + tax, per vehicle, per night for Valet. Regular parking fees are approximately $31 plus tax per vehicle, per night for self parking and $40 plus tax per vehicle, per night for Valet parking.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night room + tax required to hold your room at time of reservation.
CANCELLATIONS: The 1 night + tax deposit is refundable if cancellation is received by the hotel at least 5 days prior to guest arrival date and a cancellation number is obtained. Cancellations received by the hotel inside 5 days of guest arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 1 night + tax. Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged 50% of the room rate for each night that the guest is departing early.
No-shows will be charged a cancellation fee up to the full reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
