No penalty if canceled by February 18, 2023. Cancellations between February 19, 2023, and March 21, 2023, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after March 21, 2023, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through March 17, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Daily Resort Fee is reduced to $26 + tax, per room, per night for those who book their room in the NWAS/NWWT discounted block only (otherwise, resort fee is approximately $36 + tax per room, per night). Resort fee includes: Unlimited local and toll-free calls, in room coffee, welcome arrival cocktail, transportation to Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando & Sea World Orlando, access to resort pools with pool towels provided, in room bottled water, complimentary Wi-Fi (excludes meeting rooms), access to Business Center, shuttle service around the Resort (Cottages, The Promenade at Sunset Walk and Island H2O Live), daily & nightly entertainment, 24-hour access to the Fins Up state-of-the-Art Fitness Center, lobby concierge services, poolside activities, and daily self overnight parking. No portion of the resort fee constitutes a gratuity and no portion goes to any resort associate. Resort fee inclusions subject to change.
