A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 31, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and subject to a *reduced $15 per room per day hotel service fee and 12.5% tax.
• 1 King or 2 Double beds, based on hotel availability.
• Roll-away bed requests will have a charge each of $25 + tax per stay, based on hotel availability. Roll-away bed is not available in rooms with 2 double beds.
• Max occupancy of four people per room.
• Hotel is non-smoking.
*Hotel Service Fee is discounted to $15 per room, per day for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only (otherwise, it's approximately $42.75 which includes tax, per room, per day). Hotel Service Fee Includes: Unlimited access for local, 800 or 888 calls and in-state credit card calls, intra-property transportation, unlimited use of the Health Club, 9-hole Pitch & Putt course, golf driving range access, court time at the Racquet Club for individual guest play for a walk on basis only (Court Fees will apply for reserved guaranteed court times), basketball, volleyball, rock climbing wall and all water sports including non-motorized boats (Hydro bikes, sail boats, paddle boats and canoes), as well as resort bicycles. Also included is scheduled, complimentary shuttle to Disney Springs. Hours of transportation may vary based on the seasonal park hours. Hotel service fee inclusions subject to change without notice.
PARKING:
Attendees that book their room through NWAS/NWWT only will also receive discounted self-parking of $15 + tax, per car, per day. Otherwise, parking rates are approximately $25 + tax, per day for self-parking, and $37 + tax, per day for valet parking.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days prior to arrival will be charged one night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
