No penalty if canceled by March 2, 2024. Cancellations between March 3, 2024, and April 2, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after April 2, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room plus tax required at the time of booking to reserve your room.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received by the hotel inside 72 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night room and tax. An early departure fee of one night room and tax will apply for departure prior to the confirmed checkout date. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay. If you are a complete no show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
