The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through November 2, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are subject to applicable 10% Value Added Tax, 2% Government Tourism Levy, $27 per room per day Coastal Protection Levy and 12% service charge. All taxes. levies, and service charges fees are subject to change without notice.
• A maximum of three (3) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children will be allowed per room. NO Quad adult occupancy. There is no charge for children under 18 years staying in their parents’ room.
• One King bed or two Double beds, based on hotel availability at time of check in.
• One rollaway or one crib per room may be available upon request.
• One sofa bed for may be available for rooms with one King room only upon request.
Group room rates include the following amenities: Complimentary non-motorized water sports to include use of kayaks, seaboards, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and paddleboards (water-skiing and any lessons are not included), complimentary basic wireless internet access (excludes meeting rooms), 10% discount on Spa treatment of 50 minute length or longer, and 10% discount on Golf green fees. Transportation: Please note, The Four Seasons Resort Nevis requires a boat ride or flight to be reached from the island of St. Kitts. For those that reserve a room at The Four Seasons Resort Nevis, the resort will contact guests directly in the weeks prior to their arrival to ask for flight information. Transportation costs are not included in the guest room rates. The Four Seasons Resort provides transfers between Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw International Airport in St. Kitts and the Four Seasons Resort via airport shuttle and 18-minute Four Seasons luxury speedboats from the beautiful Christophe Harbour to the Resort’s private pier. Transfer cost per person, round-trip: $170 for adults; $85 for children 5-12 years old. (prices subject to change without notice).
For individuals arriving at the Vance Amory International Airport in Nevis, taxi service can be arranged by the Hotel for the following cost per room, round-trip: $75 for adults and children. (prices subject to change without notice).

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 6pm AST, 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by the Resort after 6pm AST inside of 30 days of arrival will be penalized the two-night deposit plus tax. The same penalty applies to no-shows. Early departure fees apply. Early departure fees apply, should you shorten your stay inside 30 days pf arrival or during your stay, your room rate may change. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Resort.
If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). No Exceptions for any reason including weather related delays. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
