Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

Cancellations received bu the hotel inside of 48 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). An early departure fee of one night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled check out date.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
