No refund after April 13, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside of 48 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax. An early departure fee of one night's stay plus tax will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled check out date. If you are a complete no-show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
