No penalty if canceled by March 13, 2024. Cancellations between March 14, 2024, and April 13, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after April 13, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside of 48 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax. An early departure fee of one night's stay plus tax will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled check out date. If you are a complete no-show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
