$100 February 23, 2023 to March 25, 2023. No refund after March 25, 2023; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through March 23, 2023 OR until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.25% with a $2.50 occupancy tax per occupied room, per night) in effect at the time of check in. Tax rates subject to change without notice.
• 1 King bed or 2 Double beds plus pull-out sofa sleeper.
• Guest room internet access is complimentary for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only (otherwise, it's approximately $9.95 per night for standard in-room and lobby WiFi).
• All rooms are non-smoking.
PARKING: Hotel parking is approximately $48 per night for Valet with in/out privileges, and $38 per night for self-parking. Vehicle parking is in an underground garage. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at the time of booking to guarantee your room.
CANCELLATIONS:Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received by the hotel inside 72 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). An early departure fee of one night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled check out date.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
