A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through March 31, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.25% with a $2.50 occupancy tax per occupied room, per night) in effect at the time of check in. Tax rates subject to change without notice.
• 2 Double beds plus pull-out sofa sleeper.
• Guest room internet access is complimentary for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
PARKING:
Valet parking approximately $45 per night; Self parking approximately $35 per night with in/out privileges. Parking rates subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). An early departure fee of one night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled check out date.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
