No penalty if canceled by October 10, 2024. Cancellations between October 11, 2024, and November 10, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after November 10, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through November 8, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
The approx. $30 + tax per room, per day Destination Amenity Fee is waived for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT group reservation methods ONLY and will be reflected upon check out. Group's waived Destination Amenity Fee amenities include: Complimentary Coffee/Tea in the lobby, Daily Morning Yoga class, Complimentary Fitness center access, 1-Hour Complimentary Electric Bike rental (per stay, per guest), Purified water stations throughout hotel, Daily S'mores kits, Nightly Local Vintner Pour, Wireless in-room high speed internet in guestrooms. Resort fee inclusions are subject to change without notice. Please note: Group's waived Destination Amenity Fee DOES NOT include the daily $30 Food & Beverage credit.
