No penalty if canceled by May 23, 2025. Cancellations between May 24, 2025, and June 23, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after June 23, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made by June 22, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at check-in time, plus a *discounted resort fee of $15 + tax, per room, per night.
Those who book their room via NWAS/NWWT reservation methods ONLY will receive a *discounted resort fee of $15 + tax, per room, per night (otherwise, it is approximately $25 + tax, per room, per night). Daily Resort Fee Includes: high speed wireless internet access (excludes meeting rooms), complimentary self parking, newspapers available at the front desk, fitness center, coffee in guestroom, turndown service upon request, complimentary local calls from guest room, complimentary fax services at front desk, board games located at front desk, use of recreation room, including fooseball and video games, and use of outdoor recreation area, including ping pong and basketball. Inclusions subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit for one night's room and tax. Early departure fees apply. If you check out prior to your reserved departure date, a penalty for the entire reserved stay plus tax will apply. If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up for your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
