The hotel offers the following services and amenities as part of the all-inclusive plan:
• 7 nights accommodation
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
• Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at all of the hotel's food and beverage outlets from 8am-2am*
• Mini Bar Drinks
• Non-motorized water sports
• Exercise facilities, daytime tennis courts, table games, scheduled stage shows and mini club activities
• All applicable taxes and gratuities
• Basic Wi-Fi in guestrooms and public areas
• Private events and in-suite hospitality service is not included in the all-inclusive plan
• Roundtrip Airport transfers by Island Routes
• One round of golf complimentary per guest at White Witch or Cinnamon Hill Courses (golf course transfers and caddy fee extra)

*All meals and beverages are offered at the hotel's restaurants and bars and are available during regular hours of operation. Any unused portions of the package are nonrefundable or exchangeable for any other services.

Please be aware that Hotel Ziva is an all-inclusive resort. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will be charged approximately $125 per person, per day for entry into the resort even if you are only attending the seminar. This is a firm resort policy. This fee is subject to change without notice at the discretion of resort management.

Maximum Occupancy and Child Policy: Maximum occupancy is 2 adults plus 2 children under 12 years of age or 3 adults plus 1 child under 12 based on existing bedding type. Three children in room/quad occupancy are NOT allowed.
• Children 0-3 years old: No charge when sharing the same room with their parents (1 child per paid adult, maximum 2).
• Ages 4-12: Sharing same room with their parents, pay the above child rate.
• Ages 13-17: Pay adult rates listed above.
• Rollaway beds/cribs are subject to availability, fee may apply.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $1,000 per person deposit is required at time of booking to hold your room. Balance due no later than October 16, 2016 and credit card will be charged automatically.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted without penalty until October 16, 2016. Cancellations, reduction in occupancy or no-show after October 16, 2016 will result in loss of the full stay amount. No exceptions for any reason. Travel insurance is recommended. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
