No refund after August 17, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through July 31, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.
Room rates include complimentary hot buffet breakfast daily served from 6am-9:30am (hours subject to change).

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Those that wish to visit nearby Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are required to purchase a recreational pass. The Southeast Utah Parks Annual Pass is approximately $55 for one private vehicle and admits all occupants to Zion National Park, including both the Zion Canyon and Kolob Canyon areas. Other pass types are available for each park. Fees subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by the hotel until 2 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by hotel inside 2 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
