The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 6, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.

Those that wish to visit nearby Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are required to purchase a recreational pass. The Southeast Utah Parks Annual Pass is approximately $55 for one private vehicle and admits all occupants to Zion National Park, including both the Zion Canyon and Kolob Canyon areas. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
