A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through July 15, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Rates are per night and subject to 14.03% tax. Tax rate subject to change without notice.
• 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds (based on availability).
• Maximum 1 rollaway available in rooms with 1 King bed only, based on hotel availability, for an additional fee of $25 per room, per stay.
• All guestrooms are non-smoking.
PARKING:
Valet parking only, approximately $45 per night. Parking rates subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) is due at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 7 days of arrival will forfeit one night's room plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
