PARKING: Discounted self-parking rate of $15 per day is available to attendees that book their room via NWAS/NWWT only, otherwise, self-parking is $24/night, valet parking is approximately $33/night. Parking rates subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure and late check out fees apply..
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
