$100 January 27, 2019 to February 26, 2019. No refund after February 26, 2019; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

Rates do not include 17.75% tax, $2 per room, per night Tourism District Improvement Fee and mandatory reduced Hotel Service Charge of $10 per room, per night.

The Hotel Service Fee entitles all guests to wireless internet access in guest rooms and hotel lobby, unlimited local phone and 800 number calls, complimentary use of the Health Club, morning newspaper, overnight shoe shine, and coffee and tea service in the Deli each morning during designated hours. Hotel Service Fee inclusions subject to change without notice.

Hotel service charge reduced from $12.95 to $10 per room, per night and special self-parking rate of $15 per day for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. One-night room plus tax charged for cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival. An early departure fee may be charged if you depart earlier than reservation calls for. Travel insurance recommended.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
