No refund after August 24, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through 5pm PST on August 21, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Limited rooms available for the weekend.
Please note: Breakfast will NOT be served at the meeting. Group Room Rates include complimentary breakfast served in JJ Hills Restaurant each morning and complimentary Wi-Fi access (excludes meeting room).

PARKING: Complimentary self-parking is available for overnight guests.
PET POLICY: Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability; advance reservations are required. Up to two dogs (each up to 90 pounds) may accompany their human companions for an approximate nightly of $30 fee. Etiquette waiver must be signed upon check-in. Pet fees subject to change without notice.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by the hotel inside 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax. Aspen suite condominium reservations must be canceled with the hotel a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Early Departure and no-show fees apply for all room types. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
